Tessa Hoang is an award-winning permanent makeup (PMU) artist and trainer, and the owner of Pure Beauty Clinic & Academy at 258 Dalhousie St, Ottawa, ON K1N 7E4, in downtown Ottawa near the ByWard Market. Her academy offers professional training in nano brows, ombre powder brows, hybrid brows, microblading, microshading, lip blush, eyeliner and fine line tattoo, for beginners starting a new career and for working artists adding a new technique. Students are welcome from Ottawa, Gatineau and across Canada.
