BROWS - PRE CARE

Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks and beverages that contain alcohol. It's recommended that you do not intake these alcohol and caffeine 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

Avoid intaking of vitamin A & E, advil, aspirin and pre-workout 3-5 days prior to your appointment. These are blood thinners which causes more bleeding.

Avoid chemical peels, retinol, microdermabrasion, microneedling, any type of exfoliating facials 4 weeks prior to your appointment.
Avoid fillers and botox 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
LASHES- PRE CARE

Avoid wearing makeup before your appointment. Make sure that your lashes are thoroughly cleaned.

Avoid drinking caffeinated beverages 24- hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine causes your eyes to gitter and makes it more difficult for the lash technician to apply the lashes.

If you wear contact lenses, make sure to bring your contact solution and contact lens case. You will be asked to remove your contacts before your appointment.

Arriving on time for your appointment is important so that the lash technician has enough time to complete your lash set.
FACIALS- PRE CARE

Dress comfortably for your appointment that way you can enjoy your facial at its fullest.

It is recommended that you do not wear makeup to your appointment. If you do, it will be cleansed since it is part of the facial treatment.

Avoid any strong at-home chemical peels, exfoliating treatments,retinol or any other intense treatments that causes fast skin cell rejuvenating and skin irritation 3-4 weeks prior to your appointment.

Avoid tanning 3-5 days prior to your appointment. It is important to not work on sensitive and sun burnt skin since it can be damaging.

Be prepared to discuss your skin history, the medications, and medical conditions that you currently have or had in the past.
If you have a big event just around the corner, it is recommended that you schedule your facial 6 weeks in advance that way you don't risk heading to the event with your skin possibly purging or reacting.
LIPS- PRE CARE

TEETH WHITENING - PRE CARE

It is recommended to have a meal prior to your teeth whitening appointment since you would have to avoid certain foods and beverages afterwards.

Avoid wearing any lip makeup since it will be removed prior to your appointment.
Brush your teeth with a toothbrush WITHOUT toothpaste and rinse thoroughly with water to prepare for appointment
