CANCELATION
POLICY

The reason for this is that PMU artists often have to turn away other potential clients in order to reserve a time slot for you. By requiring a non-refundable deposit, they can ensure that they are compensated for their time if you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment.

Our Policy 

We understand that unforeseen events can happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

New Procedure Appointments: For new procedure appointments that require two or more hours of treatment time, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the $100 deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied towards any future appointment.

Touch-up Appointments and Other Appointments: For touch-up appointments and other appointments that require less than two hours of treatment time, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the $50 deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied towards any future appointment.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment without providing 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $100 for new procedure appointments and $50 for touch-up appointments or other appointments will be charged. This fee will be charged during your next visit and must be paid prior to receiving any future services.

Medical Emergencies: If you experience a medical emergency and are unable to provide 24 hours notice, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies can happen and will make every effort to accommodate your situation.

Artist's Time: Our artists take great care to ensure that each client receives the best possible service. In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you respect our artist's time by arriving on time for your appointment and providing us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that we do not make money if we do not provide the service. As such, charging a cancellation fee is necessary and reasonable to cover the time and effort required to prepare for and provide the service.
